	We are better able to stay on time and there is less waiting when patients arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time.
	When scheduling an appointment let our receptionists know all the issues you want addressed so that the correct time will be provided.
	Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance so others may use that appointment time.

If you need medical advice when our office is closed, please call us at 777-1800. You will be directed to our off-site Pediatrics Night Call Nurse. The nurse will assess the problem and depending upon the severity will:
	give advice on how to treat your child at home and recommend follow-up care
	ask the on-call pediatrician to call you back
	recommend that your child be seen at a local Emergency Room
All calls received by the Pediatric Night Call Nurse are documented and forwarded to our office the following day. Please do not call this service for prescription refills, to make appointments or for non-urgent problems.
