ACP has three MD's and three Nurse Practitioners for your children's needs. Every effort is made to schedule your child with their primary care physician. However, there may be times when we are unable to accommodate your request such as an overbooked schedule, after regular office hours, on weekends and holidays when your normal physician is unavailable. At all times your child will see a competent and qualified physician or provider.

ACP also strives to be on time, with generally no longer than a 15 minute wait to see your provider. To help us with that goal we ask our patients to be on time and if there is a chance of being late we ask for a courtesy call so we may try to adjust our schedule to meet both our needs.  

After hours we have an automated answering system with options to leave a message for the front desk or billing and another option to talk to a live nurse if you have concerns about your child's health that cannot wait until normal business hours.

As a courtesy to our patients we do bill all insurances, including Medicaid & Denali KidCare, but are preferred providers with Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna and Tricare. It is our patients responsibility to know what their coverage is and copays/deductibles are due at the time of service.
