ACP is now using the athenaPatient app to streamline your check-in process and promote a productive visit with your provider. The athenaPatient app allows you to:
View upcoming appointments
Schedule your next visit right from your phone
Make payments
View your After Visit Summaries
You must have access to Patient Portal to utilize the athenaPatient app. Please utilize the below links to access the app and for frequently asked questions. If you are unable to access the athenaPatient app, please call or text us at 907-777-1800.

Due to federal and state privacy guidelines, only patients and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) are authorized to access patient portal. Step parents and foster parents will still be able to check-in at the office with proper consent on file.

Currently our Electronic Health Record vender (athenahealth) requires portal access to use the athenaPatient app. Your log-in for portal and the app will be the same. Please contact our office if you need assistance registering for patient portal.

Patient portal requires the information you enter to match the patient’s chart to verify your identity. Please contact our office if incorrect information is preventing you from registering.

ACP will continue to have the ability to check-in at your visit time but this may increase your wait time depending on the type of visit.
